1. How does it work?
You create a team, add members to that team, and then choose the program schedule – they start receiving instructions in their email on the start date.
You can schedule a program any time you want, and it runs automatically.

2. What’s the impact like?
Cratic boosts team dialogue, engagement and satisfaction, improving team health and wellness scores. Typical results in terms of Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) increase an average of 20 to 40 points in 6 weeks.
3. How does the tool work?
Cratic sends your team setup and onboarding instructions, and then weekly questions by email after that. Team members answer anonymously in a team dashboard.
Every week the team meets to discuss the dashboard. This ritual strengthens connection and dialogue skills – improving the team cohesion.
4. How many questions are there each week?
We recommend 3 per week – but you can adjust anywhere from 1 up to 10 depending on your team’s bandwidth and goals.

Each huddle is a 30 minute, team-led discussion that builds trust and connection.
Huddles include:
- Open-ended Q&A sessions in the tool, where participants share insights on key culture topics
